As much as I would like to experience as much as possible and travel the whole of America with there being such diversity in every state, there are some key areas that would be the top places I would visit first.
1. New York
Like many others, this takes the top spot and is a must see for many reasons. As a place which has been constantly showcased to me since a young age, I’ve grown up watching countless movies and TV shows which display the city’s constant 24-7 buzz and lively atmosphere. This is the top place for many reasons, first being the city’s attractions. From the busy and lively times square to The Empire State Building and Top of the Rock building to see the city’s captivating scenic views.
2. Los Angeles
This also symbolic place which is home to Hollywood, being known as the ‘home of the film industry,’ visiting the oldest and most famous films studios such as Paramount, Universal and Warner Brothers is a must to get a real sense of the film industry history and real life feel. Another popular destination amongst others with its seemingly lively atmosphere, Santa Monica Pier is a place I’d love to visit, to then taking in the breathtaking views of la from Griffith Park and visiting the many other attractions held there.
3. Florida
Known as the sunshine state, Florida is a hotspot as many people are drawn to it for its sunshine, clear waters and community living. Florida’s most popular attraction is it’s number of theme parks. The Magic of Walt Disney World and Universal Studios is not only popular amongst children but the whole family, with them being one I would like to visit myself, along with the excitement of visiting the Kennedy Space Centre to feel and see the theatre of a rocket launch.
4. Hawaii
With the culture and people renowned for being welcoming and friendly, Hawaii is a top place I’d like to visit. A place which is spent more relaxing on the warm golden beaches, there are still plenty of exciting experiences Hawaii has to offer. With a backdrop of its volcano’s, taking a hike which has the best hidden sites such as waterfalls, bamboo forests, saltwater pools to the North shore, to exploring by helicopter to take in the stunning sites.
